If the following document is attached to your email class confirmation the following policies apply to your class.

Please note, FnaSafety is committed to total transparency and to operate our business with integrity and honesty. Our network of instructors are committed to the same standards. When you receive your confirmation email from us it will indicate if you are using one of the many instructors who use our full services. These instructors are responsible for his or her class content and style of teaching, FnaSafety will provide all of the other services needed to bring you the very best possible class and exam. The policies set forth below pertain to these instructors. Our other group of instructors are independent instructors who have also committed to these very high standards but they will be responsible for your entire class and/or exam experience. These instructors set their own policies and fees for things such as rescheduling or retesting a class and exam. To see their policies please contact the instructor directly using the phone number or email we have provided to you in your confirmation. Class prices differ due to instructors and locations.

Upon receipt of payment in full, all purchased course supplements including but not limited to, course text, materials, instructions and confirmation will be sent. A $35 fee will be assessed for returned checks.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Once texts and/or class materials have been shipped, mailed, electronically sent and/ or delivered to enrollee(s) there are no refunds allowed. Transferring to another class if space is available is allowed up to 21 days prior to the original class date. Less than 21 days a 69.00 rescheduling fee will apply, plus the difference due to any applied discounts. Those who wish to cancel prior to 21 days of their class whose text and materials have not been mailed may receive a full refund. Those who wish to cancel prior to 14 days of their class whose text and materials have not been mailed may receive a 50% refund. (Text and materials previously mailed will apply to the new class).
Class locations with small enrollment may be held at an alternative location. There are no refunds for location changes. Inclement weather policy; class are postponed and /or delayed based on the location of the class and the local school policy. If the schools are delayed then the class will be delayed. If they close the schools the class will be rescheduled. Every effort will be made to accommodate individuals who cannot make the rescheduled date, there are no refunds for weather related class changes.

If a class is postponed due to inclement weather or force mejur, registrants will be placed in another class suitable to their needs and based on space availability. No refunds are allowed due to weather postponements.

If a class attendee does not have a valid photo ID, or any other requirement set forth by the examination provider they may not sit for the exam. They may stay for the class but must leave prior to the beginning of the exam. To reschedule the exam there is a 69.00 fee. The rescheduling is at class availability and must be scheduled with 90 days of the original class date.

To repeat the class due to a failing grade on the exam, an individual may do so for a one-time reduced fee of 139.00 Paid fees for rescheduling, retesting, repeating, recertifying or proctoring are non-refundable if the attendee does not attend on the scheduled date. The rescheduled date must be within 90 days of the original class date.

Information presented during training is local, state, and federal regulatory accepted food safety information. Instructors may use real world examples during class instruction; however, at no time is the example to be construed as direct action for a specific business or situation.

Individuals are responsible to make sure they understand and will be in compliance with their local jurisdiction, governing body and/or employer/workplace as to any and all requirements. In particular, as to the number of hours of training required and the acceptability of course material and exam. There are no refunds for an individual who takes the wrong class or exam.

Note: Purchasers acknowledge that they have read and understood the enclosed policies whether products were purchased online or by phone and that the purchaser gives permission to Integrated Food Service Consulting Corp and its subsidiaries permission to charge their credit cards the posted and or agreed/to prices and that certain rules regarding refunds, cancellations and credits apply.
