ARIZONA FOOD PROTECTION MANAGER CERTIFICATION
The Arizona Certified Food Protection Manager Certification Training Course is a State Requirement.The state requires a person in charge to demonstrate knowledge of food safety as outlined in the FDA Food Code. Passing an approved Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) Training Course and Exam is one way to demonstrate knowledge. The state had adopted the FDA Food Code but allows counties to enforce food safety standards. County requirements may vary.
